Currently I am an out of network provider for all other insurance companies at this time.   I am able to provide a detailed invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.    You are responsible for the fees at the time of our appointment and, depending on your plan a certain percentage of that may be paid to you by your insurance company.  I encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out what your "out of network" benefits are.  Ask them for the best address to send a "Superbill".  


Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• Do I have out of network provider coverage?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  HSA cards are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
